What is the friendliest VPS provider that you have experienced?

Hi,
I'm sure there's a lot of topics about what the best or most affordable VPS is.
What I want to know is,... what is the friendliest VPS provider/customer support?
Personally I've found securedspeed to be really friendly (specifically Matt), he made me feel welcome, and ubiquityhosting seemed to be helpful too.
I was wondering what your experiences are?
I think this is a very important part of hosting, because it shows professionalism and puts the customer at ease.
I'd love to know your experiences, or if you are a provider, feel free to post how to interact with your customers
Thanks!

In other news, @serverian ; come on up!
I had wonderful support in all of his brands.
BlueVM
GVH
CVPS
And recently Vultr
(100% sarcasm)
Personally @Nick_A over at Ramnode is one of the best providers I have had the pleasure to work with. Over a year with them and cant really fault them.
As a provider also we aim to obviously help where we can and for as long as you are polite with us, we will continue to offer as much support as we can, the same as we expect when working with providers our-self.
CatalystHost, BWH, Torqhost and InceptionHosting INIZ was nice until Patrick vent away, the rest is just normal. Normal != Bad just btw.
Ramnode
VPSDIme/Backupsy
ServerMania
Turnkey Internet
Linode
Atlantic.net
I think you mean irony, dont you...
Nope sarcasm.
From my experience from provider in LET/LEB :
But from another area, it's NameCheap. Their support always polite and helpfull
I don't really care for friendly providers, I would rather have honest, competent ones.
1) Nick A from Ramnode
2) Andre K from drServer
That is the nicest and helpful provider that I've been working with. the rest was I don't know. I Just working with that two.
For friendliness, hard to beat @KuJoe or @ryanarp
Or @Francisco (though not necessarily all of the buyvm crew :-)
Ramnode staff (not just Nick) are friendly and have 3-4 minute response times in my experience.
As for EDIS and Online, they are pretty straight to the point, but I quite like that. They are certainly not unfriendly or rude.
I've not had to use VPSDime support yet.
Skylar from Crissic ?
For VPS customer support both Ramnode and VMBox have been great to work with.
BuyVM+namecheap went above and beyond. Very respectful and patient.
FreshRoastedHosting
RackSRV, massive DDOS that hit one of my server with them at 4am Christmas day 2 years ago, smashed their node and they were more than happy to help.
I think that is literally the only host I have had no issues at all with.
Thanks guys
@cncking2000 (Steve) with TACServers has been awesome to deal with. I'm probably his most difficult client but all of his ticket responses are polite and professional and when I got lost driving to the data center to rack my server with him and he had been waiting there for some time he was still super nice.
A couple outliers on the good side of my list:
Hostigation
Patrick from previous Iniz - no experience with the new owner, though
GoodHosting
MyCustomHosting
MyRsk
Serverian
RamNode
MCH & cloudshards come to mind.
This is difficult to answer - The providers I've been loyal to the most haven't really required any customer service, they just work.
That said, @prometeus and @Nick_A are the friendliest hosts I've encountered on here, although I really haven't needed to contact support with them, ever.
It has gotta be prometeus! I think this is the 3rd year im with them.
Uncle Sal from @prometeus are very friendly. Too bad I heard he's not around (LET) anymore.
As for quality service and attention, so I personally have not found better than catalysthost provider, of course I should appoint suppliers RamNode and Buyvm @ryanarp @Nick_A @Francisco
serverian, andre from drserver, ryanarp
@Nick_A over at Ramnode, and @prometeus
Surprised no one said Stuart @ @onepound (OnePoundWebHosting) he is always there to help, day or night. and i have never had to complain about the service.
the only downside is the bandwidth offered.
@Francisco & crew at BuyVM
@Nick_A at Ramnode
@serverian at VPSDime
@AutoSnipe at NanoVZ
@AnthonySmith at Inception Hosting/LowEndSpirit
@Steven_F at BoltVM
@Incero guys have been awesome
I've had generally positive experiences with most providers, except for a couple I'll leave off this list. A lot of it depends on how you approach/treat them.
If you give them shit you're gonna get it right back.
