Try reboot.
@mustafaramadhan i rebooted then i got this issues. afraid have conflict after yum update.
If update including update php, mysql and web server (like apache), yes possible something wrong after updated.
@mustafaramadhan i have rebuilt from custombuild but still got issues
There is mysql on this VM. Seem problem from it. Who can help me look it?
Sorry, I don't know about DirectAdmin.
Better check ram usage with 'free -m' and log files for web server, php and mysql.
Try mysqltuner and mysqlcheck
