install /blog on another server
I guess I'm vague, but wanted to check quickly with you all here. If I have a site domain.com, can I have domain.com/blog which is a WP installation, run from another server ?
The obvious way is ofcourse blog.domain.com, can there be a way to DO /blog from another server ?
Thanks!!

You could proxy it.
how ?? can you please point ?
If you use Apache
Then point blog.domain.com to another server
More information here http://httpd.apache.org/docs/2.0/mod/mod_proxy.html#proxypass
Google is your friend. But knowing the server software would be certainly a good start.
You can use Apache mod proxy. This is double the bandwidth usage, however seo friendly and transparent to the user.

Increases latency however, unless you have both servers very close near each other.
This thread might help: http://lowendtalk.com/discussion/26800/host-a-directory-on-another-server
or, you can use haproxy
Well thanks all... though the solutions are welcome and I'm certainly educated, the real mechanism isn't worth the trouble. I'd not want my user dwindling around servers, so dropping the idea! Mostly, the least complicated are the best solutions !!
