Basic CRUD PHP class/App to manage MySQL Table Edits
I'm looking for a very basic CRUD CLASS/APP made in PHP to which I can supply a mysql table, define table name and the field types and it gives me a list view and able to edit records in all possible formats, alphanumeric/date/RichtText.
I used to use a very basic but effective class
http://www.phpclasses.org/package/6716-PHP-View-and-edit-MySQL-database-records.html, basic but NO-NONSENSE stuff that would get you up and running.
its outdated a bit now, and I've spent a lot of time on Codecaynon, bought many but couldn't get something up and running instantly. Maybe I'm a bit impatient, but I need something easy enough to supply tablename and field types and it should create a form and list view automatically. Any recommendations ??
Regards...

If you have to use PHP ....
I recommend:
http://fuelphp.com/
Otherwise, don't use PHP.
There are some of this in codecanyon, you can try search
Well GoodHosting, FuelPHP is a full fledged framework, which I don't have the expertise to deal with, nor have the time to learn.
@jcaleb, I did try at codecanyon these 3
but all 3 of them seem to be a "framework" level only.
May be I will need to learn them after all.
Was just trying to shortlist anything quick and fast here at LEB members may be using... Will be open to some more comments!
Thanks alot.
Take a look at Adminer Editor, it offers basic CRUD actions for tables in the specified DB. It auto-discovers all tables/columns/datatypes so you don't even need to specify them. It doesn't offer rich-text editing by default, though it can be customized to do so.
Studying Laravel now and it looks good.
But it doesn't generate the form for you.
Yes Adminer is under my radar... though customizing Date/time fields is what I need to figure out

You could try Lazy Mofo:

My friend made a pretty good class for this, maybe this solves your problem.

There's a way to use laravel eloquent on a php script without laravel. Maybe give it a try? (I would give you a link. But lost it...)
Looked Good, but I'm on WINDOWS/XAMPP and have no idea how to install it from commandline. Any pointers ?
It is (looks like) a wrapper PDO class to operate fast on MySQL actions, doesn't serve frontend CRUD interface generator.

Looks great -- neat and simple as I glance tested.
I'd need to check the DATE functions in detail... Thanks a lot for the pointer!
Would like to add one of these -- though not tested, looks good!
