my experience with chicagovps support

Just wanted to say, everyone gives chicagovps so much grief about support but my recent experience was acceptable. I had ordered a promo and something happened and I got the wrong thing. I opened a ticket to get it fixed but decided to do something strange and put in a second order which happened to get the right thing. Opened a ticket to fix and obviously the tech can't do anything since it's more a billing issue but Chris took the ticket and fixed the mess. Now I'm up and running and the VPS is pretty fast. I'm not complaning at all... I was going to use this for just an rsync backup of my main VPS but I might move some of my sites over to it to see how it goes. Overall I'm happy.

There's a recommendation if ever there was one.
One time I used CVPS and didn't start bleeding out of my eye sockets profusely.
10/10 would use again
GVH haven't rebooted my VPS without warning for 3 weeks. Definitely on the 'ones to watch' list.
well, the chargeback was issued a day ago and it was mainly to either get the first order returned and pay again or apply to the second. Either way, yes I was frustrated which I stated but they made right by me and I'm happy. the performance is decent when everyone seems to say it is horrible.
What's really probably happened is they don't want any more orders reversed so they've moved you to a newer, less populated server with good performance.
Do a benchmark in a month or twos time and see how it compares. The fact your VPS is working fine one day after ordering and previously issuing a chargeback is no surprise.
When you make noise, your vps is moved to a quieter node. But that is for now.

No offense, but CVPS is not compelled to comply even if a million people signed that petition.
It is, to me. I've never seen a provider fall head over heads wooing a client with a history of chargebacks.

Well, CVPS_Chris DOES share an office with Jon Biloh, long time friend and owner of LEB/LET. So it's not quite a surprise. Regardless of providing a service that has been in quite the negative spotlight, it still gets promoted. Better sell some servers fast!

Friends helping each other out is really nothing new, but when it comes to good, quality companies getting the shaft so a buddy's company with many complaints against it gets featured... well, that's just shitty.
This company provides the worst services ever!
