I assume you mean either RAID1 or RAID10?
no, RAID 01 is mirror of stripes, while RAID 10 is stripe of mirrors
and RAID 1 is only mirror without striping
Oh, okay. Thought it might've been a spelling error. Just making sure
do u have custom plan ? like higher HDD lower ram ?
of course, send me the requirements you want and i will make out a custom plan for you!
@zionvps, according to this link and this link, there is a substantially higher mathematical risk of disk failure in RAID01.
I am just curious why you did RAID01 instead of RAID10 and if there is a benefit I am not aware of?
and i am curious why my server details not being send yet
it has just been sent! sorry for the delay, please use a valid hostname
i actually did a lot of research on that. while raid 0+1 and 1+0 has same performance,
mathematically, if the arrays have 2 drives each (total 4) the chance of failing 2 at a time is very less. it would be really beneficial if there was an array of 3x2 disks, then raid 10 would be a lot superior!
its hosting from hackforums.net beware someday, them will run away with fake reasond for close host
if you think if a host advertises on hackforums, and because of that it is fake, then you need to think a little more about your logic my friend
