Do you try to open a ticket and ask them?
@davidgestiondbi
Yes, hours ago. I think I will get the answer here faster.
You can find ipmi information at servers manager > manage button
and then click ipmi session > create session
@Bayu I cannot find ipmi session in server management.
There are:
Reboot
Boot Mode
IP Reverse
DDoS Alert
Hardware Watch
Cancel
@Jylee : This is not a support forums, no one knows better than the host itself.
The user has stated they have opened a ticket with the provider. This isn't a complaint or anything they were just looking for another user who might know where IPMI is available in their interface. Also by reading some reviews about their ticket response times they might a quicker response here!
@Jylee if it's the cheapest 9 EUR server, I think it does not have IPMI.
I had several 29 EUR servers with them, all had IPMI working properly, accessible via the control panel as @Bayu said.
That means your server not had ipmi features.
All oneprovider server in france (resell from online.net) has ipmi except Nano.

Thanks. I was using mobile phone when I posted the thread and there is no ipmi session with their mobile website. Now I find it with their desktop website.
