Needing a good KVM
I need a KVM that has 40~50GB of SSD space, with 1~2gb of ram.
Internet speed has to be very fast, with good amount of bandwith.
I will be using this as a FTP server, aka file host, for my projects and college assignments. I think most CPU's host provide can handle a web server, multiple file transfers and r/w, and keep the kvm online 24/7. I will be using ssh and a vnc client to connect(everyone does).
North american location is preferred, but excluding OVH servers(I hate their ping).
I'm looking at the BlueVM deal, but they seem to be out of stock at the moment.

I need deals please.

Does it need to be SSD space? We have a $7/mo plan in Miami that seems like it would suit your needs. Can up it to 2GB for the same price as the BlueVM plan (assuming the $10 option)
I just said it because it seems SSD's are much more faster and efficient. I will keep this in mind, Thanks for the fast reply. I am waiting on more replies to come up.
No problem. There's plenty of good providers I am sure you will find something to meet your needs.
If I don't get any better deals, I'll hit you up with a PM.
I believe our KVM may be suitable, but it is HDD (12x1TB RE4's in HW RAID10).
Our listed rates are in our LET thread HERE: http://lowendtalk.com/discussion/26405/25-off-anniversary-sale-owned-hardware-crissic-solutions-llc
Coupon code "1YEAR" for 25% off those rates
Thanks for the reply, but I am going to let all the great deals come in and then decide.
Take all the time you need, the coupon isn't running away too quickly
Consider vultr
Are they KVM or OpenVZ?
edit:KVM ofc.
KVM

50 GB of SSD with KVM is not going to be possible within LEB budget.RAID protected HDD would do the job which you're looking for I believe.
