Define fast? What unixbench score do you want? Or what cpubenchmark score (http://www.cpubenchmark.net/)
Eu, USA preferred
just let me know your offer, and I will decide, that what is fast! in term of network, hardware etc...
Ok, here is my offer - http://lowendtalk.com/discussion/13614/ivy-bridge-dual-core-dedicated-from-30-month-and-more
Do you need a processor with virtualization capability?
It does not matter, I use OpenVZ
There is no fast SSDs below 120GB
@serverian true, but it depends. Small SSDs don't deliver large linear speed, they are still 100 times faster than mechanical HDDs for random operations, because there is no seek time.
Of course, they are still much faster than HDDs, however even their read/write IOPS are like half of 120GB or largers SSDs.
Yet they can't even a afford a real template design.
Hi, you can check out our latest offer here:

You can swap the 1 TB drive for a 128GB SSD on the order form.
Stop shit talking other hosts when your company is as useless as monkeys running a company, in-fact, the monkeys would know what IPv6 is (lol)
