Can you guys suggest a good free server monitoring script?

I have a few servers that I'd ideally like to monitor from one master node so to speak.
Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Mun, the % of the ram and HD are the free space and free ram?
or used?
@Mun can't seem to get yours to work. I've got MYSQL PHP PHP-CURL all installed, however it's still showing as my servers are down.
php_exec enabled?
I believe so. I removed disable_functions in my php.ini file
How would one enable it?

They're all up and I'm ssh'd into them however for some reason they aren't responding to the script calls I guess?
Fixed it! Put in the URLs wrong lol!
im going to test it
I assume free ram, since it's green. Looks a bit wierd tho
@agoldenberg Was it hard to install?
Nah wasn't too bad actually.
Just install php mysql, set up the DB and good to Go. Just make sure you follow the readme. I put the URLs for my uptime.php files in wrong and thats what was causing my issue.
you leave out http and uptime.php
make sure your master server has curl installed.
OK thanks. Also, this is also an option:

this should be added to readme, i was having same problem :P
yes, i see readme.
but in a server i have 2 hard drives, and only shows 1.
http://dedicados.com.mx/status/
backup has 2 hard drives, and has more than 24% available.
[@backup ]# df -H
Filesystem Size Used Avail Use % Mounted on
/dev/ 481G 341G 115G 75% / <- only show this one
/dev/sda1 104M 42M 57M 43% /boot
tmpfs 1.1G 0 1.1G 0% /dev/shm
/dev/sdb 2.0T 392G 1.5T 21% /home2 <- not showing
[@backup ]#
I got the uptime running. Currently on a test domain. http://cloud.bcarlsonmedia.com
@dedicados it is in the reademe I just didn't read it
@agoldenberg I suppose I should add some servers to this some day. http://snugmon.com
i use the free edition of newrelic.com at all my servers.
So glad my script is so hard to install :P
It's the opposite of hard and is the definition of awesome freeware! Thanks
Going to be releasing a v2 here shortly. Not sure if I'm going to make it open source again or if this one will be cheap... either way it'll have a good ~100 minor and major improvements.
Sounds good to me! Sign me up!
Will it still require PHP on the remote servers?
@agoldenberg http://www.labnol.org/internet/website-uptime-monitor/21060/ check this one. You will receive sms when your server is down and again you will get an sms when your server is up again. Hope this helps you.
@ihatetonyy, @agoldenberg
Version 2 Features:
Four types of uptime checking:
Full up/down history
I haven't decided if I'm going to charge $10 - $20 per copy or give it away for free. It's become apparent to me that people would rather be forced to pay for something than donate because they like the end result.
I'll be out of a job in about ~2 weeks (not BlueVM, other job) so having some extra income (even if its not much) would be nice. Either way BlueVM will go on not that this effects you much, just feel like telling someone about it...
Current Demo: http://monitor.bvm.mx/
* First server is PHP loader based
* Second server is httpd up/down based
* Third server is ICMP based
* Fourth server is SSH jailed shell
History: http://monitor.bvm.mx/history.php?id=1
reminds me @Zen how's that system coming!
Would gladly pay $10 - $15.
looks nice , also you used a .mx domain
thanks
