EDIS Chicago Location Frequent Outages
Anyone been experiencing frequent outages on EDIS Chicago over the last 3 weeks? I've found it to be so bad that I had to migrate everything to other VPSes and now I got them sitting idle hoping that some day they will stop failing and I can use them again. Right now I just monitor them and http://us.edis.at is down and http://www.just-ping.com is reporting 100% packet loss for both my vps IP and for us.edis.at .

Yeah, we've also noticed the issues with this location
Did you contact support?
Thanks for the brilliant question, I'm pretty sure they already know that their network is dropping for lengthy periods of time over the last couple weeks though.
I remember something similar around maybe 6 months ago?
i noticed this as well. Seems like it's internal to steadfast? I'm not really sure, the last time I really looked into it was a while ago.
Well at least then you could get an explanation..
Its been back for awhile, a shorter outage than usual this time, About 5 minutes after my initial post their http://us.edis.at site started responding to pings again (as did the VPS). Hopefully the clear this problem up soon, seems that its likely some sort of attack.
@William
I've switched to their Sweden location because of this and everything is fine now.

Yes, sometimes it's DDoS but most Steadfast problems which we can't solve.
The testsites are also NO reference, i use them for expirements and restart the servers often.
I have a dedicated server at Steadfast which is causing zero problems since months. What Steadfast problems to you mean exactly?
Steadfast<->Swiftway connectivity, not their network itself.
The abusing user is now cancelled anyway.
Ah, okay!
Hopefully that takes care of it, I don't mind outages but these were just too frequent.
