I was planning on buying a few evoburst, and a few of your servers

I'll just probs buy from you idk

You have to provide correct information when you signup for a host. Don't be a fucking idiot in future and it won't happen.

  • Oh, I don't know, you provided fake information which already gives up why...

For one, I could be a guy with malicious intents signing up with false information -- which EvoBurst doesn't know.

It is crucial for you to be truthful about your information.

Honestly, with your recent activity, it seems like you're hiding something from providers.

  • @FlamesRunner, i've signed up for multiple hosts and haven't had any issues with fake info
Im not hiding anything, i personally just would rather not use my real info

@IThinkUFailed, Im 100% positive for alot of things people aren't using real info

  • Are you really that dumb?

No decent provider would risk having customers who use fake info that is 'obvious', and risk dealing with fraudulent transactions and charge-backs.

  • What hosts?

    GVH?

  • @K4YS, my signup info is fake, yes. My paypal and stuff is 100% real and verified
@FlamesRunner, nice joke, but no it was not GVH XD

  • You do realize that real companies have to keep (and report in some countries) invoices. Can't just use dwjaidkwajndwakj as your name, bruh.

You are entering into a contract with the host you are buying from. Providing incorrect details is fraudulent and they have every right to cease the contract.

However a pro rata refund should be issued and I'm sure if you request it from EvoBurst they will provide it.

Just opened a ticket, lets see what they say

Liability. If they know that you are providing false information, they won't stand well in a real legal battle. They don't know what you're going to do, for all they know you're going to host child porn.

  • Title should be changed to:

Nice, I bought a vps with the most retarded details

Can we still not get rid of this guy? Is he still too good? :P

He's different, but he's behaving. More than a few people here joined this place as skids and grew up to be much more over the last few years. I don't speak for everyone, someone may come in behind me and decide otherwise, but I don't mind him :)

    Oh, um ok then
Didn't think of it that way

@0xdragon, why get rid of me?

Here's the clause in their TOS saying they can suspend you for any reason:

    Refusal of Service
We reserve the right to refuse, cancel or suspend service, at our sole discretion.

  • hello said: I've used fake info many times on different hosts, and haven't had problems

    Nice

  • EvoBurst

    There's your problem

  • comXyz said: hello said: I've used fake info many times on different hosts, and haven't had problems

You might now, and most likely a bunch of hosts should be checking details about now. If they aren't then they may run into problems in the future themselves. If it was me I would be auditing details and if they did not match suspending people until I found out why they did not.

I don't think he has to, unless two conditions met:

    1. TOS requires;
    2. He agreed with the TOS;

Otherwise I don't see why he has to provide correct information.

You're an idiot if you think he doesn't have to provide correct information to a web host...

That's the entire reason he was suspended...

Suspension Reason: Anonymous Registrations NOT allowed.

Did you at least have the chance to confirm if they spoof or not?

  • Good choice by the web host.

Why register with false details if your PayPal has the correct ones? If they compare the PP details to the ones on account and there is a mismatch then they will cancel the account... Hell, they could even automate this!

Stay calm. I was just trying to help you to reason your statement. I don't think anyone HAS TO do anything unless there is a legal requirement.

  • @IgniteServers said:

For once I agree with you. No point in signing up with false details. Usually means you're planning to do something that you don't want traced back to you. Otherwise you'd have no issues with providing your details to a web host.
