I mean... Can let NA users to get the NA IP, Asian users get the IP of my reverse-proxy. (For example)
Don't mention AWS Route 53... They rejected me 7 times because I'm using Payoneer.
Any other choice?

Rage4?
Run your own. See http://lowendtalk.com/discussion/43437/setting-up-your-own-geolocated-dns-services
Rage4 Is pretty good and IMO pretty well priced.
Has all the GeoDNS features you can need coupled with load-blancing/fail-over options
NSone (1 million queries per month free, after that $8 per million) is pretty good downside is their first package is $200 per month. If you use a high ttl you can get a lot from those 1 million queries tho
Setting up your own is pretty easy, as @vld said. I have been real happy with mine
I have never heard anything bad about Rage4, only good things.
with free usage tier of 250 000 requests per month per domain
EDIT: Prometeus has Rage4 for 12 euros a year https://www.prometeus.net/billing/cart.php?gid=2
