I got one of their OpenVZ machines for 12 pounds in April and I thought that was a good deal. It's been working great, I'm surprised they didn't sell out long ago. Network performance is excellent:

    wget -O /dev/null http://cachefly.cachefly.net/100mb.test
    --2012-06-20 10:59:01-- http://cachefly.cachefly.net/100mb.test

    536870912 bytes (537 MB) copied, 27.376 s, 19.6 MB/s

Disk performance is slower than the xen box, but fast enough for me.

Simply put, its an amazing VPS!

  • CloudxtnyHostCloudxtnyHost Member, Host Rep

    Hey Guys,

Keep the good reviews coming in! With our Xen VPS' we've tried to offer a high level of service for as little money as we can get away with and it makes us really happy they are being enjoyed so well, even with that node close to being close to new accounts.

  • CloudxtnyHostCloudxtnyHost Member, Host Rep

This may not be seen by many people now.

But we are planning a new product which is:

    Platform OpenVZ
    128MB Dedicated Ram
    256MB Burst Ram
    5GB Diskspace
    500GB Transfer
    CPU Fair Share
    100mb Shared Port
    SolusVM Control Panel

So a little less space, but far more bandwidth. Pricing will stay at the standard £12 / year!

If you are interested please PM me to reserve your spot.

  • NanoG6NanoG6 Member

so this is stackable, how much in total (with discounts) if I want to stack 4 of the 128 ovz? I need 512MB.

  • CloudxtnyHostCloudxtnyHost Member, Host Rep

    Nano,

    4 x 128MB Standard OVM's would be £25.52 / half year or £40.80 per year.

    Thanked by 1NanoG6

    "100mb Shared Port"

How does that compare to OpenVZ Node 1?
    Shared between how many VZs?

  • CloudxtnyHostCloudxtnyHost Member, Host Rep

    hey,

Openvz node 1 operates on the same policy of a shared port.

We do not oversell and therefore amount of vps' per node is based on resource constraints.

Few weeks have passed since you posted this. Anything news on that?

  • CloudxtnyHostCloudxtnyHost Member, Host Rep

    Dannix,

I was waiting patiently for our 2 week advertisement post limit to expire.

We'll be posting the offer at some point today.

Offer looks very tempting. Is it an error or proper behaviour that the close15 code is not working with it?

On your http://billing.httpsimple.com/terms.php site you have outdated link to your aup
