I read that as GINGERnet every single time.
What about to use a normal Forum like PHPBB3?
I want to be bilingual English and Spanish, so I can practice some words.

We have installed in the past a Vanilla without any success, it was a dead forum and we have removed.
We are particularly interested to get a customers feedback.
We want to know about what the customers need and what they dislike.
I think this system can be more friendly than a forum.
