Zimbra.
I've seen tutorials but seem to mess up somewhere or the other I need someone who has personally setup his server and succeeded.
I wrote one: https://vpsboard.com/topic/1506-running-your-own-mail-server/
Install virtualmin, it's just one command.
Agreed. Most of them are too geeky and complicated One notable exception to this is @mpkossen's tutorial on LEB using Virtualmin/Postfix/Dovecot. You'll need to go back a ways, published back in August 2013, I think. I used it to set up multiple mail servers, running smoothly for over a year now. Tweaked it some and they run using <150MB RAM at that
You were recommended by someone to me for vps review if you're intrested still have 2 256mb ram vps to spare
I think you were saying about this one :

Got that in first google search Will try myself after tution
Yep. That's the one
Wanted Postfix + CP with no need for DB backend. Virtualmin is lightweight and does that very nicely.
My $0.02, It's good to understand clearly what's happening when you set up your servers, not just copy and paste commands from a tutorial. If you just copy/paste the commands, when things go wrong you won't have a clue how to correct them.
