Online.net Ubuntu/VNC problem
I'm trying to install VNC on my online.net server
Whenever I restart the server after installing "ubuntu-desktop tightvncserver xfce4 xfce4-goodies" packages, I can't login using SSH and server is not responding to ping.
Iptables rules are ok. Rescue login works.
I've re-installed Ubuntu 14.04 multiple times and now tested the same with Ubuntu 12.04.
Anyone experiencing the same.

it will create a xauthority file
edit the config to replicate the following
use any vncviewer i prefer realvnc to ip:98
if you see in above
'#' -> ive put in inverted commas to prevent it being ommited in the post but basically
dont comment it out
only uncomment "unset SESSION_MANAGER"
Add line
