Cheap dedicated server for development purpose
I'm basically looking for a dedicated server to run KVM virtualization on. It's only going to be used as a development server to mess around a bit with KVM. I don't really care about the CPU, bandwidth, disk speed, internet connection or the amount of ram but I want about 3 IP's and IPv6. I don't mind getting IP's that are blacklisted all over as it's not going to matter for me anyways. Location doesn't matter either.
Hoping for a decent offer, let me know something.

I've heard that some people have setup an virtualization (OpenVZ) inside a KVM VM. So I don't know if you could run KVM in KVM (probably not but you could check it out).
As for the dedi, look at http://www.soyoustart.com/ie/ I think they offer an additional IPs. It's an OVH branch, so it's pretty cheap but decent.
Also check hetzner.de server bidding, you may find something affordable there, and for sure you can get additional IPs there.
Best Regards!
We have just posted the following offer:
http://offers.verticalswitch.com/low-end-talk-dedicated/
For $48 a month you will get 16GB of ram and duel xeons.
What would I have to pay for 2 more IP's?
EDIT: Found it, sorry!
@DennisD - there is a $49/month Dual L5420, /29, 1TB disk, gigabit available here or you can order $20/month (paid quarterly) or $30/month (paid monthly) Dual X5150, 16GB, 500GB Disk, Gigabit here
Both options come with full KVM/ILO and automated provisioning system
@MarkTurner
The $20/month offer looks really good indeed. Too bad I have to order it for 3 months, I'm not actually sure if I'm going to use it for that long. Will consider it anyways, thanks!
I can offer this: Ivy Bridge dual core (G1610), supports hardware virtualization, 4GB RAM, 30GB SSD, /29 IPs, ipv6 available - $25/month.
