Looking for cheap VPS in Germany

Like as thread.
I need VPS to use lxde + web browser few times in month.
I think 256/256Mb, 4Gb disk and 100Gb BW should be fine.
At all I decided for ovh, but I didn't read that, they don't have German DC 
I found also http://www.rackburst.net/germany-ssd-vps.php
But there is no information, about if they still working.
