Let me get this straight. You want a trustworthy provider who starts off by lying to you by offering you "unlimited" bandwidth, something that's physically impossible?

I can resell you an OC-48. Starts at $25k a month for within a datacenter hosting. Even that isn't unlimited.

edit: There's a thread on this anyway:

    http://www.lowendtalk.com/discussion/69

  • He said unmetered, not unlimited.
A 1 Mbps capped unmetered VPS is not unrealistic :)

  • Maybe OP should specify the speed too?

Anything above 10Mbps is unrealistic IMHO

  • ok say me the host who provide unmetered at 10mbps and also 100mbps

    The word was unmetered!
You can get some atom or nano in France on 1Gbit/sec unmetered premium bandwidth. The price are usually around ~15EUR per server. Germany is cheap too. But you need to know France or German language!!!
I talked about that on old LET...
For VPS take a look at buyvm storage plans or fdc...

  • i looked at buyvm storage they are out of stock. so i am seeking of alternative to buyvm

Hetzner has unmetered bandwidth on 10MBit/s after the first 1TB on 100MBit/s.

    Thanked by 1picy
  • *If 1 TB traffic is exceeded we will permanently restrict the connection speed to 10 MBit/s. 100 MBit/s speed can be optionally restored by committing to pay 6,90 € (incl. VAT) per additional TB used.

But 10Mbit unmetered is not that bad either.

i forget to mention the ram cap and hard disk cap it want to have 1024 to 2048mb ram and more than 50gb for less than 15$ may i know whether any provider is there other than hetzner. i know hetzner is trustworthy but like to know the cheapest than them.

Maybe webtropia then..? Cancellation process is pain in the ass, but apart of that they are ok-ish.
http://www.webtropia.com/en/home/virtual-server.html 30GB, but you also get 30GB backup space.

    Thanked by 1picy
  • @lxape as lowendbox wont list the vps provider who are more than 7$ so i am asking here.

    i already did what u said "http://goo.gl/fcWqI"

  • @Picy there are still some good providers there under $15.

can you list out some which are more trust worthy and meet my requirements as i listed above.

name out some here , that will be helpful :)

buyvm storage fit my needs but they are out of stock, is there any other provider providing the same service like them.

  • asfasf Member

    Ah, I forgot about alvotech...
    http://www.alvotech.de/vserver/ http://www.lowendbox.com/tag/alvotech-de/
I don't have first-hand experience with them, maybe @steliyan can say something about them. I think he have VPS with them.

    Thanked by 1picy
  • @asf they dont provide vps on monthly basis , they have setup fee too :(

In France... ..from the memory: online.net(the best of the best), digicube.fr etc.
..there are "zillion" "data centers" in Germany with deals that are good to be true. Browse German and France hosting forums... ..contact them directly...

For servers in france I´d avoid digicube as I´ve heard some nasty reviews about it. online.net, kimsufi.ie and ikoula.com are other cheap dedi providers although you may be required to live in france to purchase servers from them.

http://www.cinfu.com/ has unmetered up to 100mbps plans (that probably means it'll be 100mbps until they hit their own limits) for under $15/month. They're located at Hetzner and so far my VPS there has been very good, although admittedly I only use it as an IRC hub/services and Tahoe-LAFS node... so not very heavy usage. They've only been around for a few months though, so that may be something to keep in mind :)

can u post their speed test result ??

    awesome, thanks a lot
is there a list of commands like that or it a common html stuff?

  • It's the exact opposite of HTML, actually. These tags exist so that posters can annotate and such without having to learn proper HTML structure :3
