We have both our own premises and we rent space from local DC.

This is because of weird routing bug in Level3 network. They have two clusters in Stockholm: Stockholm1 and Stockholm2. Somehow they didn't make cluster interconnection, but most of the traffic goes through Stockholm1.

We notified them about the issue and they confirmed, that they will soon create the interconnection and this will dramatically improve latencies in Northern Europe.

@yourserverse Seems very skilled in Networking. +1 for that. I saw many providers don't have that much knowledge to solve a little problem.

Thats hardly their but their upstreams problem...

  • Hi, guys!

We started offering IPv6 with our VPS servers. A coupon code TWITTERWELCOME with 30% lifetime discount is also active.

  • emilvemilv Member

    How can I enable it?

  • I was assigned ipv6 addresses by opening a ticket. It only took a few minutes...

  • Can't recommend them.

    refund..

    least you got one.

  • Dear @itgods!

We are very sorry and upset because of your bad experience.

We have fixed all of the bugs mentioned above and would be happy if you agree to give us another try. PM me if you have a minute to test it.

  • Would be useful to leave the negative feedback also with some details regarding the problems. I'm having one server with youtserver.se and the bandwidth is pretty decent (almost most of the time 100mbps) and the I/O speed is also around 100MB. They're pretty good from my experience with 100% uptime in 7 days since I signed up.

  • After more than 6 months with Yourserver.se I can say they are a reliable hosting company. They now have Latvia servers.

    Hej!
We still have 30% off in Latvian datacenter with LATVIANDC30 code.

BTW, if you consider purchasing multiple servers - PM me, I can make you a special discount.

  • @yourserverse
In which datacentre in Latvia are you in? Mind giving a test IP for a traceroute? Is it possible to have more than one IPv4? If so, how much does one IPv4 cost?

    In the new LVRTC datacentre.

    IP for traceroute: 185.61.148.1.

Unfortunately we don't have additional IPv4s for a single server.

  • @yourserverse any chance of getting a smaller server? I only need one that has 64-128mb with 1-2GB of space and I would be willing to pay yearly upfront...Thanks!

14EURO for these locations is cheap, even EDIS want at least 23EUR i think that wont be profitable.

  • I got two services with them (.se location) and only PetaByet benchmarks on them so far for testing. I've had no time to test anything else, but here's the results of those + speedtest.net results (ya, I know...), it's been about 20 days since I bought the services so its difficult to evaluate the service from so little time - but I've had no issues, and they're close to me so that's a bonus.

    Quite fast too.

  • Is it possible to get more space with an HDD?
