Colorhost.de good provider, I have a VPS from them with very good uptime, fast, perfect availability from my uptimerobot, zero downtime for more than 4 months.
For me, the only problem their debian 7 minimal template not have sshd installed by default and I have trouble access it using java applet, you have to connect to it via serial console.
