** Please specify the location you would like in the order notes. If no location is specified in the order notes, Buffalo, NY will be the default location. Please IGNORE the location chooser in the configurable options section **

What if someone forgot to make note?

@GreenValueHost Signing up with you on December is this our fault to being hosted in CC ?? -_-

  • I gave GVH a shot last time they had a deal.

The Result? 16% iowait for yum updates and sub 10mb/s disk transfer speeds and the support was a joke. Took me 2 hours to update my centos install.

If you just open a ticket with them they will migrate you. I had the same problem and they moved me no questions asked.

does the exist clients on the node of colocrossing LA can apply IPv6? such as Mid-January LET Blowout Special #1

  • Nearly got me with the $10 yearly, but not this time. I'll be back for a peek through the window when South Korea is in the mix.

I took my refund and left. Fortunately the refund was fast and without hassle.

Confirmed, as I have a refund too before.

I have more trust on them because of that refund. But I believe on my next order it won't be any chance for refund.

    Me too..

  • I ordered yearly one within 2 hours after the offer but it seems that I am not first 25.

  • I'm looking forward towards a South Korean or Swiss expansion.

Will either of these locations be priced the same as your current offers?

Can you look at ticket View Ticket #994414

I bought a VPS also reseller from you 2 days ago and would like a refund.
In you TOS it says upto 45 days but Jonathan Nguyen is saying I don't qualify as the 45 days starts from your original signup. He is saying because I bought a different VPS from you on the 12/31/2013 that's the date when the refund window starts.

So if I bought a VPS from you in Jan and another one in March, but I wanted a refund for the March VPS after 2 days, what your saying is you don't qualify?

@VivaDesign - We count the 45 days from your original Virtual Private Server purchase and therefore you do not qualify for a refund and that is final. It's specified in our Terms of Service under the Refund Policy. Sorry.
