    Not sure what that image is but its nothing to do with us.

    Edit:

    The total price i listed that was from WHMCS is the Owned License and The Licensing Addon if you were to buy it from WHMCS direct.

    If you're meaning to simply change your WHMCS account details to that of whoever buys it from you, that's again WHMCS policy. You'd need to pay the license transfer fee and have WHMCS transfer the license to the buyer's WHMCS account.

    i am aware of this, however they don't transfer owned licenses that were brought through resellers and as i no longer want the license i am getting rid of my whole account with the license. Because they wont transfer it.

    Unless you've received direct authorization to do so, the license could very well be terminated by WHMCS; leaving the buyer out-of-pocket and without a license. WHMCS doesn't allow for a client account to be taken over as such.

    Specifically, the policy is that licenses obtained through a reseller cannot be transferred. In other words, they're ineligible for resale; at least, without risk of being terminated anyhow.

    You telling them that you're going to do it because their policy doesn't allow for it to be transferred doesn't necessarily equate to their authorization to do so.

    When you told them that you were going to do this, because they won't transfer it, did they respond that it was permitted for you to do so?

    They didn't seem to care when we told them.

    Like they don't care about there customers.
