escort website - where can I host it?

I have an escort website, where can I host it? In my country is not a good idea because there are a lot of legal rules and the site is always on the edge.
What do you think? where can I host it? NL, UK?

    He's from Italy, I suppose.

And it is not much about countries but individual providers. Plenty of European providers are going to let you host that. Simply ask them directly.

    send me 1 please.

I can host her for a couple of days.

I prefer a blonde one please.

  • Several of the hosts advertise they they allow "adult" websites, but I don't know if that includes "escort" services. That being said, if your escort services are in Italy, they hosting in another country will probably keep you safe. If you want to really be paranoid. edis.at has VPS hosting on the Isle of Man which has laws that pretty much say "Do whatever you want"

  • thanks for the help, but please not send me spam PM offering me VPS or shared hosting... I dont need it, my question was what country allow it and not hosting providers. Thanks

  • Sorry man, I was just trying to help
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Prostitution_law#Summary_of_legal_status helps. I've narrowed down the list to these countries that have legalized, but regulated, prostitution.

Austria, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Latvia, Netherlands, Switzerland, Mexico, Panama, New Zealand, Bolivia, Colombia, Ecuador, Paraguay, Peru, Uruguay, Venezuela

I suggest starting with New Zealand, Austria, Panama, Latvia, and the Netherlands. All of those have some VPS hosts.

Because laws in Germany are terrible.

@William is the person you want to ask, and not only because he works for EDIS

  • CZ/SK if you operate semi-legal/not-very-legal, NL if you operate legal.

Very common business, no issues to be expected in reality.

  • Enough escortsites in The Netherlands. Go with that country. ;)

  • I could possibly host it on one of my servers in Germany. Shoot me a PM @soldoni

If it is legal, (So no child porn or woman being forced) there shouldn't be any problem in the Netherlands.

  • As long as it's normal, consenting prostitution (no minors, not forced), you should face no problems in Austria. - Pretty relaxed place in that regard. If you can legally run a registered prostitition business and pay taxes on it like any other business, operating a server/vps for the same purpose in the same country should be no problem either.

I'd say, give EDIS/Waveride a try - they seem to have a great reputation here and there is even a current promotion: http://lowendtalk.com/discussion/comment/392139/#Comment_392139 . € 3.25/month for 4GB/50GB/4 Cores/2000 GB sounds pretty good to me. Of course, if it's something illegal (minors, forced etc.), please stay away - local data retention laws and NSA sniffing directly at VIX would quickly lead to problems...

  • ...registered prostitution business...

    WTF is that? :DD

    So more potential customers. Gotchya.

  • I think in my country (Chile) there is no problem with this.

Check dns records for relaxchile(dot)cl it is hosted in Chilean servers for many years now, its a very popular webpage lol xD.

E.g. a prostitute (registered individual), brothels, bars/clubs offering sexual services, swinger clubs, "Laufhaeuser" (licensed commercial providers of rooms for professional prostitution) etc.

As long as they are properly licensed/registered, don't miss/fail the mandatory periodic health checks and other legal requirements and pay taxes, it's more or less a normal business like any other in Austria; only steet prostitution is handled in a more restricted way (only permitted in certain areas). Hence, hosting such a website in Austria would be umproblematic too, as long as it only deals with "normal" legal prostitution.

  • I may be nieve here but does it not depend on exactly what the site is offering, I once hosted a site that was offering just that, escorts, girls that you could spend time with, it was not offering anything more.

  • Host it in the Nordic countries if you are worried about laws is my best suggestion

  • @soldoni I can happily host it for you on my French server. I am within my ToS and AUP to do so. PM me if you're interested.

You mean because he will then definitely run into legal problems in the nordic countries?
