Thank you, was smiled finally
It's not funny when the explanation is highlighted.
I assumed it would be 'free state surveillance plan with every device sold'.
Big brother has been offering this mandatory service for more than 12 year in China.
So generous. At least they're upfront about it.
They have no scruples about destroying human rights and natural resources domestically. Yet they are afraid of foreigners' knowledge of what they've done, that's why Google, WikiPedia, ... are blocked there. Recording what they've done or even their propaganda is enough for imprisonment.
But what I can't understand is, that they are more and more internationally open about their awful behaviour, "wolf-warrior diplomacy" I mean. Instead of courtesy or rule of law, arrogance, intimidation and vituperation are pervaded in their speaking, editorials, or even air around them.
Most people or countries remain neutral even if they did or said nothing, but actually, it seems they push people to the opposite on purpose. "The end is nigh" might be an appropriate description for them.
Do not open a new thread if you find out that Xi is reading your sex chats
best joke this BF
"Scent of a Woman 1992"
Donna: Michael thinks the tango's hysterical.
Frank: I think Michael's hysterical.
I hope Huawei won't sue me for this "joke".
Awesome film. Taught me that the best thing you can do when you feel your life is over is be awful to absolutely everybody and take your own life. A sentiment to live (die?) by.
I like Huawei products but it's cheaper to just leave an easy SSH password on port 22.
The only joke is that you referenced that movie but it wasn't for the Ooooh-aah.
Cisco and other US tech companies lobbied for Huawei investigation, says Washington Post
https://www.theverge.com/2012/10/11/3488632/cisco-huawei-national-security-lobbying
"For domestic companies worried about foreign competition, the existing fears of politicians and other security staff can be advantageous, letting businesses turn standard practice into a kind of patriotism."
