My EUServ account was closed twice, not sure what's going wrong since I am just using my real address.
Pretty much only GCP and oracle provides always free tire for a VM.
Just dropping this here.

Doesn't the free Google one have bandwidth costs, or that's only when not using an IPv4 or some shit?
Yes only 1GB free IIRC
Also free bandwidth to other google services (i.e. uploads to drive)
Thank you for the list.
Are you sure about it? That's great because my backup destination is to my Gsuite drive
(I mean I can use Google Cloud for some of my app because of this free bandwidth)
That only virtually free. But they take your Credit card on exchange. If you get over they start bill you how many they wants.
As US resident I'd definitely use something like privacy.com to sign up on "free" deals like that, sadly their service is not available in europe (yet).
Only true for some of them.
Nice freebies.
They not accept Debit Cards for a reason. They need real cards for your name and possible bill to negative balance to know who are you. If you not pay you get a court. That their price for exchange.
Oracle free tier is for 30 days, no longer 12 months.
My mistake, it is for 12 months.
Is this?

No, this:

I'm sorry if I misunderstood. Is it different from this?
Looks to be the same.
Jokes on you. I only use virtual card for shopping and stuff like this. They can bill me 1 billion. My virtual card balance is always zero.
I think a credit card means to them you're probably a positive (and potentially a serious) customer, because everyone else can get debit card (let alone a prepaid or virtual card which may also be obtained with fake names) which doesn't say much about you.
A credit card means a bank trusted you with a loan (your credit line) and that's the threshold they accept for giving you their free VPS.
That requirement no way means they want to cheat you or waiting you exceed your quota (and with several providers from above list there's even no option for balance turning negative on free plans).
Until they send a collection agency after you.
