    Not strictly defined. Short bursts to 100% are allowed, however sustained bursts are not permitted. In general, these plans are not with dedicated CPU allocations, so the rule is to be a nice neighbor. If your tasks are CPU intensive - then these plans are not good for you.

    Good provider.
    I have been using their OpenVZ SSD Intel VPS for a couple of years for a private VPN and monitoring my other VPS and network devices. Performance and speed are fine. The promised 99.9% of the SLA fits with a margin.

    No, it's unlikely these will appear again. These were very limited specials and we had around 200 of these only. IPv4 costs are higher these days.
