I have used NetCup for a while now and have a rootserver with them, they are defiantly one of the best server providers I have been with in years.
I see a mix of reviews but mostly to do with the VPS servers I can recommend using there rootservers.
It's also a good panel and runs on Debian/Ubuntu. CentOS is not very popular in Europe, and as we see now for good reason.
My perception as well. A good long term choice for those tired of hoping from a cheap deal to the next...
