Hostsolutions
Hi All,
Now i know Hostsolutions (coicou) gets some stick here however I have to say i've got a storage VPS in bucharest romania and since I signed up 22nd December 20201 it's had 0.0670% Downtime (according to zabbix monitoring system) which means it has had 99.9330% uptime
and I pay like 7 euro every 3 months so with 99.9% uptime and a very low price point and 750 GB storage.... I cant complain!

OK
How much you get paid to write this thread ?
5 IOps
? XD
You can complain but the question is should you complain or praise?
On one thread, I ❤️ Hostsolutions.
On another thread, I 🔪 Hostsolutions
The end is nigh.
It's very encouraging to hear that uptime has improved in 20201 and 20202 -- something to look forward to
Chia friendly
thank sisters!
Well if you want lots of storage cheap and "pretty good" uptime then... I would say praise
If you want 100% uptime or as near as and high performance..... you speak to nexusbytes or one of the other providers with "amazing reputations".... but for that you will pay more.... but then I believe if your paying a proper price you should expect a proper service
Even @seriesn might face issues. If you want 100%, build your own failover spanning multiple providers. There will always be downtime, no matter how reputable the company is.
Yes but I expected issues with hostsolutions... but there haven't really been any.... after all the posts about there downtime and taking ages to respond to tickets
However yes even a reputable provider can have issues... ive never had any noticeable ones that weren't rapidly fixed and/or my fault with nexusbytes
All my porn push-ups are stored in RAM.
IOPS doesn't matter!
I want my next VPS to have 64GB RAM and 5GB boot SSD.
No! This is LET, we need to go lower! Make that 5gb boot from a shared microSD (like in Raspberry Pi). This much better, because provider can't use SSDs (busy plotting Chia) and can't use HDD (busy farming Chia).
