support is chargeable what about help?

when you say help, do you get it free, any provider doing it?

    one is chargeable and the other is free - like forum

  • Some hosts don't offer managed service but still try to be helpful to some extension if client ask for. Main problem with this is that offering non paid support can be very time demanding and not really worh of few dollars monthly customer pay for service.
    I also noticed how some hosts say that they will not tweak things for you but in case you will request help they will direct you to tutorials, etc. That's also some sort of support client don't pay for.
    Don't promise fully management if you don't have time and staff to really offer it but you can be still helpful on case by case basis and make that way your clients happy. If time allow you... but that's the different story.
