I bought one of cheapest promo tier for test
Paid on 17 using their paypal email with note of order (this was suggested, so I did it - automatic paypal payment thrown me error)
Opened support ticked about payment and its still dead silence.
Asked on chat, someone said me to be patient. So Im patiently awaiting activation... something like that.
And I have a lot of patience since previously I've used cociu servers.

Processor? How many vCPUs per hardware thread?
My experience with your VPS was very unsatisfactory but as justhost seems to have improve their hardware I'd be willing to do a benchmark and review again. Let me know if you are interested.
