Which Mail Box Are You Using?

Hi,
I have been using webmail SMTP + Outlook for many years. But due to some recent changes in the hostname, it made impossible to add the emails on Outlook.

So, looking for a new mailbox provider. Would like to know which mailbox are you using for your business website and your experience with it?

For Business or Personal, MXroute is the way to go.

Just never buy a mailbox from Amazon prime. The locks on them suck. You can literally rake it to open.

  • Could we please get a sticky post

    "need mail? Get mxroute"

Not just because it's true, but it will always be like 80% of the replies.

    So. MXRoute.

That's a weird series of posts about something that can be installed by a user for free. Managed installations are options, not to be considered requirements for open source software. In this case referencing software that has an installer and tutorials.

  • For vey important mailbox : Gapps
less important ones : MXroutes, or self-hosted mail server (using Keyhelp, ApisCP or CP/DA with mailchannels)

  • Zoho or Office365

  • As anyone tried CTemplar?

  • Happy user of ProtonMail here! I've also used GMail and Hotmail in the past.

  • Microsoft 365, Google GSuite, MXRoute, ProtonMail, or host it yourself.

  • eveazeveaz Member

    My website uses Zoho.

  • Postale.io has been working well for me and their support has been great. Also have used SendGrid.com free tier for sending email and using Namesilo to forward incoming domain email to a Gmail account.
