I use Scaleway for most of my hourly needs.
They don't have a provider tag but they are on the safelist: https://lowendboxes.review/the-whitelist/
Cloud at Cost now have one-time purchase miners.
yay another shitcoin.....

PM me.
Is this to make a profit or solely to increase the hashrate?
Providers like Hetzner and Knownhost, in their Dedicated Servers line allows for CPU mining. Also WholesaleInternet. In summary you may ask the provider if you want double confirmation but essentially as long as it is a dedicated server and in their ToS don't explicitly say that mining is not allowed, then you are good to mine. Paying for dedicated hardware might return more yields if the server cost is reasonable.
Most of the time and again as long as its not banned in their ToS, you could buy a VPS with Dedicated Cores, and that should allow you to mine 24/7 if you want. Might not return much yield since ... Cores are VCores which are essentially Thread, one could say that's half a true core.
But for example Hetzner Ryzen line, specially the 3600 might help your cause.
Generally this isn't profitable... Even Monero on RandomX generates like $10/month for a Ryzen 5 3600. General consensus, even in the Monero mining communities, is to stray away from purchasing new hardware solely to mine.
Why not use MiningRigRentals?
Depends.
May be use AWS?

Strictly using botnets and browser based miners....
Not worth it, I tried.
I need bitcton/litecoin/bitcash and the fees are 15$+-
And I need few times XX dollars total.
Bitcoin Cash fee shouldn't be that high iirc. Try lentro if you don't really care about profit.
