    They will give some credits back but not the millions you lose every hour. Although they have been superb for long time but shit happens.

    What does this have to do with the fact that the actual fire department required them to cut power? They even stated in their announcement that they didn't feel it should be required (which would have left most of their facility online), however the local fire department required it.

    "Unfortunately, the fire department opted to cut power to the rest of the building as a precaution even though the power systems were independent. "

    Doesn't matter how many UPS's or redundancies you have when the local government / safety officials require you to turn it all off.

    In fact it sounds like they handled the issue quite professionally. Their systems sound to have worked as expected and done their jobs, however, out of an abundance of caution the local fire department made an decision still to shut it all off, there isn't anything they can do about that.
