Looking for VPS <$20 in a few places
Hi all,
It seems my search for VPS has come up short the more I get to exotic locations
Hope to get some help and suggestions for a VPS for the following places:
- APAC: China, New Zealand
- EU: Andorra, Armenia, Croatia, Georgia, Malta, Portugal
- Americas: Argentina, Panama, Uruguay, Venezuela
- Mid-East & Africa: Lebanon, Nigeria, Israel
My criteria:
- < US$20
- 1TB bandwidth/month
- 20GB SSD/HDD
- 1GB RAM
Some help would be truly appreciated. Thank you!

A couple you might wish to look into:
If that's montly, for Portugal you have:
PTisp (top provider) - https://ptisp.pt/virtual/vps/unmanagedlinux
Xervers - https://www.xervers.pt/cart.php?gid=19
Innov4web - https://www.innov4web.pt/vps-hosting
BlazingFast (the fastest and cheapest) - https://my.blazingfast.io/cart/ssd-cloud-server-v2--lis-pt--/
Btw, Google and their services don't recognize Xervers and BlazingFast IPs has Portuguese IPs, although every other IP location websites do.
The bandwidth of VPS/cloud servers in Mainland China usually billed by Mbps starting with 1Mbps. It's almost impossible to find a deal with 1TB/mo transfer at >10Mbps for 20 USD/yr
HostWebis has an offer that meets your criteria for $11/month.

Yeah for China, I'm definitely using Alibaba Cloud ECS. Just some annoying stuff to work on regarding their checkout procedure. But I don't see any other decent alternative.
For China: this pricing is possible, but only from smaller local providers during rare, occasional promos. And due to local regulations you will need to complete a verification process, which I’m not sure if foreign customers can pass. So I suggest considering Hong Kong or Taiwan.
If you do want a server in mainland China, please seek help from a Chinese friend.
