I'm looking for a VPS in madrid , spain with following specs :
Ram : 1 or 2 GB
HDD : 15 GB SSD
Cpu 1 core enough
Traffic : 2 TB
Port : 1 Gbps shared
Budget : 12 to 15 Euros / month
Usage : OpenVPN server
Please send me some offers and please don't even mention UpCloud !!! Also I have already checked out ginernet . So please let me know if u can introduce other providers .

FDCServers has a $9.99/month 1CPU, 1GB RAM, 50GB SSD, 50 Mb/s unmetered in Madrid. However, my experience with CPU performance at their Madrid location has been a little spotty so buyer beware. If it matters to you they also appear to rely on Cogent at that location.

Did you face any particular issues with our Madrid location that makes you say that you'd like to avoid it? It's fully AMD EPYC equipped so should be a great option for something like this. If you had any problems, do let me know so I can take a look into those for you 👍
User is probably more concerned about your policy towards VPNs and the traffic which comes with them than having a modern processor (which is irrelevant for the described usage).
