  You'll have a hard time running Nextcloud on 384MB RAM.
  512MB is minimum. 768MB is better.

  Virmach $8.88 special (1.8GB RAM, 45GB SSD) is a good choice if someone would ♻️ it to you.

  Also, @marvel has managed Nextcloud, but it's HDD.

  1/8 CPU is quite a struggle.
  Internet bandwidth is 5 Mbps only, but that should be enough because file synchronization is not a time sensitive workload.

  Nextcloud itself should be installed via Docker, and Caddy will provide TLS termination.

  You will want redis (more ram) installed with your nextcloud. Otherwise, nextcloud will use mysql for file locking.

  I'd say very moderately loaded Nextcloud-site needs at least 1GB ram (not including os-level caching). Mine is using 2GB, and even with all sorts of caching (apc, opcache, redis, etc) it is not very fast...
