Is PacificRack one part of QuadraNet?
They are sub company of QuadraNet. We have a whole team for PacificRack Only.
PacificRack is a totally braindead company controlled by a crazy sales manager. Can't believe Quadranet turns a blind eye to it. Or Quadranet is the same kind of company?
PacificRack is completely run by an outsourced team and their technical support level is extremely bad.
a TEAM who say that they support ipv6, and after you pay for the server, they keep telling you that next week, next week, till u get sick and let them be ?

We thought Quadranet is not too bad so we buy PacificRack's product. But the new sales manager Liang Zai is ruining our impression to Quadranet/PacificRack.
You can never get what it deserves to be. Broken network, failing CPU, and reduced IO are all you got. When you ask for technical support, Liang Zai just say "No". Before the previous sales manager left PacificRack, my vps was overally nomal. After, everything was ruined.

after several Tickets with them i gave up and added a tunnel so ipv6 is running, but i certainly wont renew my service and won't recommend it to anyone else.
