  Edit: i wrongly read VPN instead of VPS, if you would like to manage VPSes you should rely on your provider APIs and XaaS or script everything via some automation using for example Ansible playbooks

  I do not have experience with those providers so i do not know, you should try to search on this forum discussions if you find something abount them (or look up on their site for APIs etc..)
