  Certainly what a person can do with such a lower bandwidth?? I guess its not gonna make much sell.

  i would say bw is enough, if

  1. putting CF in front of it
  2. using for staging projects where need more cpu for tasks like composer install, npm install etc.

  if you are not providing ipv4 but nat (some ports) then i expect price to go down further.

  IP Address is not an issue. Both IPv4 + IPv6 available. 1 IPv4 for each VPS.

  Go with Linode or Digitalocean as they are providing huge bandwidth for similar price.

  You did not mention RAM and CPU, without that we can't really guess the right price. If it is 1 GB, not worth that price.

  With linode, vultr, digitalocean, lightsail and a bunch of others who operate an indian location available out there, I don't think this price is so attractive.
