Any OpenVZ/KVM/Zen VPS or Shared provider in Russia here?

Starting March 2021, I'm in need for 15GB to 25GB SSD or SSD-cached VPS from Russian provider, esp. the low end one! I'm going to host site files like images, js, css, fonts, related to my WP site(s).
So CPU and RAM needed is quite minimum 1CPU, 1GB RAM fine.
If not VPS, even shared hosting will also do!
Preferred locations: Moscow, Saint Petersburg
Important: The provider should be in Russia and DC should also be in Russia. I don't need US/EU/Asian providers having servers in Russia.

You can compare russian vds hosts on vds.menu - There are a few hosts with other locations too so make sure the location is Россия (Russia)
You may consider Gcore - Their registered address is in Luxemborg but their offices are in Russia.
They own their hardware. I have been using a tiny Russia VPS for game hosting - never a second of downtime.
Their price for Russia VPS is very low given the performance they offer.

I tested quite a few russian providers and I recently even published a benchmark/review of a few.
To make it short: If "as cheap as any possible" is your priority I'd recommend firstbyte. If you are out for "really cheap but also quite good" I recommend ihor hosting, who btw now even have an english web site (but all of those I tested do understand and provide support in English).
seems both ihor.online and ihor-hosting.ru are down.

Strange. I just surfed to ihor.ru and it worked. And my VPS there works too.
Hint: Unless you need to save even pennies Ihor is a better solution than firstbyte (which are the cheapest russian VPS I know of).
I could browse ihor.ru now via vpn. some how it was blank page without vpn!
Just saw - they now have a RUB 55 promotion for the 512mb small vps - after conversion it is like 0.8 US
