    Thank you!
Our Yearly promo plans cannot be upgraded. However, these monthly plans can be upgraded to the next promo plan on the same line.

For example: - XMAS20-S3 can be upgraded to XMAS20-S4

  • I have had issues with great amount of CPU steal with Cloudcone as described here but after their latest upgrade it has gone down. Last 7days its only like 1.8% which is acceptable, hopefully it stays low

Yes, we saw a significant improvement in CPU after our maintenance. We are constantly working on improving our infrastructure to new and existing clients.

We will be balancing the nodes early January, so existing congestions should drastically reduce as well.

Well, CC used to have bad reputation about their high CPU steal time and low Disk IO.
But I heard that CC has improved their CPU and Disk performance recently.
So, I will give a shot.

FIY, we do not advertise guaranteed XXX IOPS, so I'm not sure where your claim comes from 🤔

I see you have raised a ticket: #73335 — 1 day ago requesting to move to a different node, which was on hold by our operations team.

    Then again a ticket: #73348 — 1 day ago requesting a refund.

    7 days has not passed

Why not transfer to customers? I have to delete WM to avoid being charged and the I / O is too bad

The ticket on Help and Support department was addressed and answered as promised

Ticket opened: 24 Dec, 7:52 PM
Ticket replied: 24 Dec, 8:06 PM

Which was then transferred to our operations team for the actual migration. I see our team has done tests within your server to replicate your claim as well.

However, in less than 24 hours, you have requested a refund, which is not "Help and Support" rather, "Sales and Billing" which of course is not related to support.

  • Looks like this charming guy is quite high-maintenance.... Asking for a refund before Helpdesk could even try to investigate the issue.

    Well.. I would just refund him ffs ;

Problem with your level 2 support: He did not reply to the message after I wanted to switch to another node Or at least offer a fix
So there is no other way I have to contact the payment department for a refund.
=> Is the service very disregard for the customer, and does not completely solve the problem

Yes, despite the holiday delays we refund customers, and he was to be refunded. But looks like the client wanted #LowEndSupport

Since the client has shared partial info, We have to share this to avoid misunderstandings throughout the community.

Info of the actual Support ticket:

  • @Cloudcone Based on what you posted, looks like the issue had improved significantly.

May I ask the price and the package?

By threatening to and\or opening a dispute for payments made to CloudCone all communication from CloudCone will cease and active services will be permanently suspended. Once a dispute is threatened or opened CloudCone will only communicate with the customer via options provided by the payment provider or by certified postal mail. All services and payments will be forfeited regardless of the outcome of the dispute. All chargebacks will have a minimum administrative fee of $75 added to the account with a maximum amount not to exceed $250.

=>Everyone please read this content carefully
means that all disputes are non-refundable and subject to fees :)).
I think I made the mistake of getting up here because he would say the opposite of me is a dispute and have the right not to pay
The client may not ask the boss to return money and if the topic is posted, no refund will be made
    Service is very cunning

@longhuynh I don't know you nor Cloudcone. I hope you would believe in me not taking side:

If you pay by credit card or paypal, you can of course resort to dispute. It is your rights. However, it will be like burning bridges as the merchant would face certain amount of troubles. You also have to handle a certaim amount of admin work with your bank or paypal staff. Not fun for both parties.

Solving trivial problems is not always about who is right and who is wrong. It is about choosing a painless option for both parties. May I ask which package you bought and how much you paid?

@Cloudcone Not your customer so I don't know what your ToS is. But if he is still within the refund period and has not abused the vps, perhaps just refund him and putting it to an end? Not saying you are wrong or have offered a less-than-satisfactory product - but going through all the back-and-forth here seems not quite worthwhile, let alone having to deal with credit card processing agency or paypal.

If that benchmark script you are using is using the script I am thinking of that was popular 3+ years ago for the dd test, you should be getting around 300 MB/s for SSD. You are getting 225 MB/s now, which is a bit slow, but not unusable for your lamp stack
