benchmark results for three VPS: Nexus, Pacific, Virmach
from my test, nexus is far away the best among these three. Pacific the second, who has even better networking than nexus. Virmach is the worse.

make no sense with different cpu/brand/speed, ram, and etc.
and if not within the same region/isp, port speed, cannot draw a fair conclusion that one is much better than another.
Virmach might be more reliable than PacificRack, and NexusBytes no doubt is the top among the three, even far more beyond the second one.
@seriesn
Correct me if I am wrong please - It seems like the subject being tested is a 0.5gb-plan, which port speed has been limited to 1/10 of originally what it should have been. I believe the speedtest result would be way way better if we test with 1gb (or above) plan.
Makes no sense comparing Ryzen with Intel.
The geekbench benchmark for nexusbytes' ryzen cpu seems really low too.
Anyway, I'd imagine nexusbytes to be the most expensive among the three so obviously you would expect them to be the best
That's correct. Port speed is throttled at 100mbps: https://nexusbytes.com/kvm-vps-hosting.html
Not enough memory to remember the number
Thanks for the benches my friend . Appreciate it
Please note the 0.5G plan is capped as @swat4 mentioned. Which would explain the lower throughput. Geekbench performs much better when there's enough memory for the system.
I really don't recall which location you are in, but since you mentioned P.R, I did a quick network bench from for LA (Similar location). Please note, nodes are connected over 10Gbps .
Bookmarked nexusbytes for future order
Good CPU, good Network, good price. I have to pay $12 for Vultr 1CPU, 2GB Ram, 64 NVMe space . Cancel Vultr very soon
@seriesn
Can you put the CPU test result with enough memory?
If I have to compare it to a car, must be Carrera GT
In real life I am driving Maserati SUV
Good for you man! I could only afford a Nissan
both of you mega drivers. I'm with my ten yr's bike.
I am sure many bikes indeed have a higher value than my old wheels
Cars here (especially used one) have piss poor value because of the prohibitive parking cost and other associated fees here
