Not exactly VPS, but found this an hour ago: https://www.pcloud.com/black-friday
Maybe it would help you a lot better to tag some of 'em providers: @cociu @HostHatch_Kelvin @Abdullah @time4vps @servarica_hani
Enjoy.
How much space do you need?
I would buy something like that on the upcoming BF
2 cores
2 GB RAM
0.5 TB HDD
Europe
30 euro annualy or 50 euro biennially
Allowed downloading ISOs (gonna use it very rare)
Hello good Spicy sir,

+1 for the boss man @seriesn
.
hoping for 1.5-2tb plan to move to from my SyS 2tb ARM that I currently have.
Those pCloud discounts have been available all year.
and unlimited bandwidth................
First on it. \o_
Damn, you beat me to it , those things are like the Ethiopian Wolf, endangered and bad ass!
Cheers!
So would people buy a KVM VPS, 2GB RAM, 1TB HDD with 20TB / 1Gbps Port in Los Angeles for $60/year? The node would be running HW RAID-5 (for those curious).
Curious regarding the demand.
EU / UK - Yes!
Make it 1GB of RAM and 2TB HDD with the same transfer allowances (or 100Mbit unlimited) and yes!
Make it $40 and you and I have a deal - PM me after you've created the invoice and I'll pay it immediately!
Of course, $60 is great for an every day of the year offer too, don't get me wrong. You should know by now Dustin I'm a bargain hunter
I would do for $10/yr
But seriously, lessened ram for cheaper price I would also do. 512mb ram+ is good.
I use Letbox's storage promo offer as my baseline pricing to compare with other deals (1gb ram, 15gb nvme, 3tb block storage, 5tb bw, LA, ipv4, ~USD80/yr), although know that their promo pricing may be hard to achieve for some vendors.
I just found this little storage gem for anyone interested, it's from Servarica in Canada:
LINK (aff)
Looks like there's plenty of upgrade options in the cart too..
@dahartigan awesome find!
There are also these ones: https://servarica.com/clients/cart.php?gid=52, but somehow they are all out of stock now.
fsck! I was trying not to buy this BF.
@bdspice You can take a look at our Storage05TB here: https://greenkvm.com
We have that plan available in Bucharest, RO.
Thanks!
Personally i would rather like some killer deals on bigger dedicated storage servers.
Awesome find. Hope they do not kill the placed orders for this if placed before BF2020...
I just posted my VPS offers here: https://www.lowendtalk.com/discussion/168067/pakcloudhost-openvz-vps-offer-ssd-raid-10-1-gbps-uplink-ddos-protection-from-12-20-year#latest
Pulled the trigger and just got an email:
"The Black Friday deals are leaked on some of the sites before we release them officially.
We have to do a few tests on our new storage servers before accepting the new offers.
If you already placed the orders it will be accepted on Black Friday or before that depending on when we finish our tests.
"
And 1 free vacation week at Honolulu
Thoughts on the following?
1 TB storage
2 TB storage (add additional TBs for $3/mo)
Storage configuration would be RAIDz1, which is similar to RAID 5. The host would have an NVMe SSD cache along with a bit of RAM caching, but it'd be meant for backups - not active use - and I'd limit VPSes causing significant I/O wait.
Based out of OVH, so Canada/Germany/France/UK/Poland would be available.
Thoughts? Any interest?
@lentro if you can get me a TB of spinning rust in Sydney (OVH) that would make me dance like a windup toy!
And I would go dancing with @dahartigan. chk chk boom
Haha lol! Someday
Unfortunately, OVH doesn't have any storage servers there other than the FS-preconfigured (so no FS-Max) servers that cost ~$10/TB/mo. Doubt compression will go that far so that ~$3/TB/mo makes me money, haha.
OneProvider has storage VPSes from Singapore at $6/TB/mo though. They probably negotiated some hella low rates from OVH.
I know about some companies and those are,
*) https://www.pcloud.com/black-friday (Something 75 Discount) [DIRECT CHECKOUT]
*) https://www.obhost.net/storage-vps.html (Flat 50% OFF) [BLACKFRIDAY COUPON]
*) namecheap will announce soon, they are advertising still
soon i will add more when i will rcvd an marketing email.
