    I've moving some services from OVH to another provider.

    When the servers work, OVH is great. When there are problems, it takes too much time.
    Even simple problem like their system doesn't send email containing root password after installation.

    Not system doesn't send. Either in ur spam box or Installation failed for most cases. Some old server simply failed but no email.

    Anyway, support indeed take so much time when you faced issues.

    I did open a support ticket, and found out their email system having problems, they stopped replying after that.
