No. Unless you are using email client like PostBox or EM Client, the software will learn the pattern, mark and move it to spam folder. Of course this process is not in server level.

If you're using MXlogin then it does make a difference. Once you move the email in and out of Junk/Spam folders, the server takes the email and sends it to rspamd for learning.
The more times you do it, the more likely it is for rspamd to apply the learned behavior on the new emails, delivering them to the inbox or spam/junk based on the learned data set.

As @CrossBox notes there's almost a complete ecosystem within their software if you use it with us, including it's own rspamd installation that can act differently from the initial one that we run at the top layer of the servers (and what you're interacting with when you configure things in DirectAdmin, Roundcube, etc).
Though we did just enable neural learning in rspamd on all of the DirectAdmin servers as well, and while we're not currently training the top layer filters based on customer markings/folder moves, you can contribute to our top layer filtering if you find solid data that isn't likely to generate false positives:
