Do not use this for your IP Databases, please. They are extremely innacurate and they ignore updates from ISPs.
I agree with @zenki, they are very innacurate.
I have been using the https://focsec.com VPN detection service and am happy with the results so far. They have a free trial.
They update based on ISP requests.
Was told, "Thank you. We will update the range in the next release end of this month." when we asked for them to update the location of some of our IPs.
