Will Ryzen made available in Angeles location too? If no, when (ETA)?

What difference does it make? It makes no difference to you, it just means selling more services on the server. Since server is not fully loaded, there's no real difference to you.

LOL. At another provider when they changed from E3 to Ryzen my sites on shared cpanel did load quite faster, plus the WP admin area/pages load too quickly! The server has become quite snappy :-)

Please be patient. @MikePT is busy. It takes some time to get the answer. I'm also still having an open ticket. (may be it was an error to set it as low priority :) )
If you're lucky, you'll get the answer on monday. In the worst case it takes days. Just be patient. You'll get the answer sooner or later.

It was a fully loaded server moved to a partially full server. Such is how it works, usually.

    Are your sites slow currently?

Are you able to do a 25GB reseller plan for $12.5 (or somewhere around there) in DE?

    Nope.

    @agentwp said:

Does this mean we can only have a maximum of 50 concurrent visitors on a website?

I don't think so, as long as the visitors doesn't access the server at the exact time. Usually the process will last around 50-100ms which means that the next user will be delayed that much if the 50 processes are all eaten up.

And is this a limit for the entire shared/reseller account or per website?

Per shared/reseller account, but your resold shared account wi each have the process limit per each account.

For example, if I have 5 websites under shared do they all share the 50 concurrent visitors limit?

If I understood correctly, than yes

Can you please confirm this @MikePT? I'm thinking about a shared or reseller account so I'd like to know if accounts under reseller will get their own limits.

Are there also plans to upgrade the LA server to Ryzen?

    Thank you!

    @sanvit and @Intelpentium0 are 100% correct :)

My apologies for the delay, let's say that I haven't been lucky lately.

Unfortunately, 5 Doctors from Leiria are unable to find what's going on with our baby, he's 8 months old and will need to be born earlier, he has some sort of tumor in one of his arms.

We're going to Coimbra and probably to Lisbon to the best specialists of the whole country.

We're living a nightmare right now until Doctors are able to find out what it is exactly and what can be done, so I haven't had time, nor patience to do much.

  • @MikePT said: he has some sort of tumor in one of his arms

Probably harmless. And praying to god it is.
A nephew of mine had an abnormally huge (darkish red on brown skin) tumour like growth on his arm (right on the elbow most of it just below) when he was born ... Was huge and his parents were worried that he might lose the use of his arm... None of the doctors could do anything (They even tried surgeries to remove it off but the damn thing was so huge and they couldn't do nothing more but scrape bits and pieces) and the thing was inducing pain tons of pain on the kid as it was.

But luckily, it stayed the same size and now he is around 20, and thing is barely visible.

God will be with your child always

There are limitations in what doctors can find from scans. Cesarean births are very common and nothing to worry. After that, you can find what's wrong with baby's arm. May be it's just a cyst formed out of fat.
Don't get tensed. As a father of two, I advise you to keep calm and get ready for taking care of the new comer.

Update: 6th Doctor seen the baby. Couldn't find what's wrong with our baby.
Whatever he has on his arms, it's still growing and his heart is bigger than it should be because he's putting too much effort in spreading the blood.
Fortunately, I'm leaving today to go to Lisbon, the best Dr. in the country is going to check the baby and see what's wrong with him. Let's hope for the best.

Sara is required to travel every week, close to 150 km to Coimbra (75-75), and Lisbon (120+120), she'll need to go there every week.
As so, I'm putting some Lifetimes on sale - I know I've told this wouldn't come again, but we really DO need extra funds for all trips and expenses...

Reseller Entry - 50 GB space, Unlimited accounts and bandwidth - 80€ LIFETIME - Order: https://myw.pt/manager/cart.php?a=add&pid=194 (10 in stock)
Reseller Advanced - 100 GB space, Unlimited accounts and bandwidth - 160€ LIFETIME - Order: https://myw.pt/manager/cart.php?a=add&pid=195 (10 in stock)

Whoever buys, that person is helping us.

    I'll keep you guys posted.

Tough times for us. Thank you for your help guys, we appreciate.

On another note: if frequent traveling is rather expensive you could check the likes of Spotahome/idealista/airbnb and just get a tiny flat there for a couple weeks/months to reduce those expeneses. 300€/mo can be cheaper than 120€+120€ 4 times a month (= weekly) perhaps?

Anyone looking for a Reseller Hosting, look no further. Get this while it's hot and do a good deed :)

I tried to get the 80EUR one, but was automatically refunded with the 'fraud check' notification. Since you still have the card on file, feel free to re-charge that amount (if PP payment is better for some reason, let me know).

Keep strong man, your kid and your family will make it through!

For those who are thinking of buying a shared, their service is worth it and support is top-notch (the guy knows what he's doing)

  • Can you do an LTD with 0MB space, 0 accounts and 0 bandwidth for 10Eur? I don't need the service and I don't want to take resources but I'd like to help out if I can.

iirc that option is disabled. Anyway, if MikePT does provide the 10EUR lifetime, I will be happy to provide some space out of my own resellers currently idling anyway (that is, if you need it)

That's the point though. I don't want to show up as any kind of reservation of services. Even with overselling, that 80Eur means that 50G of space is being held in reserve somewhere.

I'd GoFundMe but they take a percentage, better to have all of it going directly without a middleman.

    Hi guys,

I'll reply to the sales question today.

Just posting an update. Sara is being checked right now, they're checking every single vein. It's incredible. This hospital is like the best in the whole country.
Still hasn't been seen by the famous Dr. Cohen, but will be. The team there is amazing, they rock. So far so good, and we're definitely with high hopes!

  • MikePTMikePT Moderator, Patron Provider, Veteran

The team found out what's going on, the baby has a muscular hemangioma.
He's also too small - will need to give birth earlier, much earlier, could be next week. She has another appointment with the Drs next week (Tuesday). It's a team of 4 Drs, they've told her they'll take care of her and the baby, they're the best in the whole country.

They're going to speak to pediatric surgeons - they'll try to give some pills to the baby once he's born, then operate, however, worst case scenario, they would need to remove the arm :(
