Synatiq.com ★$30 Free Credit★Free Plesk★ 10Gbps in London & LA, NVMe, Free Backups, Linux/Windows
Hi !
I hope you’re all doing well! We have a couple of exciting changes, and we’re bringing back our much-loved $30 free credit for a limited time (we plan to keep this deal for 2 weeks, but we may have to end it sooner to keep our stock levels balanced).
A couple of updates from our previous post:
Plesk (10 domains) Web Admin Edition is now included with all Synatiq Cloud Instances! This is not the "compromise" of a free Plesk license Vultr, DO and AWS give you, this is the premium, 10 domain, fully-featured edition of Plesk! We think it is THE BEST control panel for web admins out there, and we can't wait for you to try it on our speedy, modern platform! We tried alternatives to Plesk, but we kept falling back in love with Plesk and we're confident you will do too.
We're bringing back our $30 free credit deal which many of you know and love! And no, this is not the "marketing trick of a deal" that some leaders will feed you. The redeemed credits will not expire after a certain period like other competitors', they're yours to use even after a year.
We know you've all been extremely eager to try our promised upcoming locations - Singapore and Paris. We're still working on those and we should hopefully have them ready in the next few weeks. Hint: a lot has to be done to make 10Gbps feasible in Singapore.
London instances are connected on 10Gbps, while LA instances are currently capped at 1Gbps pending a free 10Gbps upgrade in the next 2 weeks.
What makes Synatiq Cloud Instances special?
- $30 free credit with voucher code JOIN10 after your first transaction!
- Free Plesk Web Admin Edition with all Synatiq Instances!
- 10GBPS down/up on all plans *(10Gbps in London, 1Gbps in LA - read point 4 above for info)
- Pure NVMe storage
- Free weekly backups and snapshots
- Linux and Windows at no extra cost
- DDoS protected
- Flexible billing platform designed for developers
- London and Los Angeles (Paris and Singapore coming soon)
How do I redeem the $30 free credit?
- Once you register, you will be asked to deposit funds to activate your Synatiq account. Once done, enter voucher JOIN10 from Billing - Add Funds - Redeem Voucher to apply the free credit to your balance. (Note, this is different to the coupon code field during the VM deployment process)
- The redeemed funds will not expire unlike some bigger players' free credit, it is not time limited and you can use it until it's fully applied to your instances within your specific billing period - daily, monthly, quarterly, etc.
- For example, deposit $10, apply the $30 free credit and get the next 6 months on us, or in other words 8 months of service for $10 USD. ($5 plan used for the maths)
The plan:
$5 p/m
25GB Storage
1 Core
1GB Memory
1TB monthly bandwidth @ 10 GBPS up/down
In London only
Free Plesk
Free Windows
Free Backups
Sign up
And more with up to 128GB RAM.

4$ doing yearly payment = 48$ 1 year, right?
if i load 18$ and apply the 30$ coupon, can i do this?
take BTC / what kind of IPV6 allocations?
You're completely right .
Yes, we accept BTC.
IPv6 addresses are currently given upon request only. Though, in reality there's no reason why it has to be upon request only and I've asked the networking team to implement it, hopefully by tomorrow .
Please do make sure if you're going to write it in the first place, to allocate /64s properly at minimum
Even if you don't offer the whole subnet, at least allocate single addresses each customer as an account separately out of its own /64
Is this charity? Such a preferential activity is doubtful.
@Synatiq - a couple of clarifications:
On your website you mention hourly billing - so is it possible to spin up short duration instances (for e.g to do some network/route testing) as advertised (like $.007/hr)?
You also mention a Frankfurt location - is that live/usable now?
Just seconding a request to properly allocate a /64 as requested by @hzr
Is it possible to create a snapshot after some initial tweaks/setup and bring up that snapshot-on-demand for quick network testing kind of stuff (of course IPv4+IPv6 will change but hopefully purely DHCP based so no real config required?)
It would be great to have a snapshot-per-account that can be recreated/instantiated at any of your locations. It gives great flexibility for very useful geographic network testing.
After recharging via paypal, the account did not arrive, and then I found that my personal account could not be logged in

We've been running these deals for about a year now. As I always say, you'd be surprised how quickly people use the free credits given. The JOIN10 deal is constantly active, but the default is $10 free credit, and occasionally when we have too much free stock, we'd increase it. In many ways, it is less of a liability compared to the extreme (yet not so impressive sounding) low-cost annual deals you get by other providers around here.
Yes, occasionally there's a "patient" customer who deposits $18 and gets a server for an entire year, but the majority of you deploy 20 machines on day 1, and the next day they'll have to add credits again. That activity compensates by far for the few people who care about real, long-term usage (aside from idling).
Sure you can, but by default it's daily only. We've been very strict with who gets this, as we lately had a lot of abuse. People firing up 10+ instances at .007 whilst only ever depositing $10. No problem with that, but when 20TB bandwidth is used in a day, and all that's been paid for is $10... Open a ticket, tell us what the instances will be used for .
This is still one of our many plans too big for our human resources. It's not an option right now. I don't know why it's still on the website - it will be removed. As advertised on this offer, and the deployment process, it's LA and London only right now. Singapore, Paris will come before Frankfurt.
I'll chase the networking guys and they'll hopefully have it sorted this weekend. I'll reply here once it's live . Don't see why it would be a problem.
I will say no, because it's not consistent around all of our locations. London has on-demand backups enabled, similar to snapshots but not exactly. While in Los Angeles we have a slightly different setup which supports snapshots, but it's not live yet. We've ordered some storage servers specifically for this, and if you have an account with us, we'll notify you.
I agree, and that will become the case as soon as we move away from our current London location. We've recently moved LA and the next one is London.
I see you've opened a ticket, but I don't see a transaction added to your account. Could you reply to the same ticket with your PayPal transaction ID?
Tempted to try you as you're London based, but is the voucher definitely JOIN10? Your previous $30 offer was JOIN30 and this one conflicts with the $10 offer currently live on your site.
@Synatiq
Singapore makes the offer tempting
The problem has been solved, thanks
Worked as expected for me
What is the code for receiving $ 30? JOIN30 or JOIN10
10
Do you know what IDC your hosting will be in for the next regions?
I really hope it is not OVH or Scaleway or similar.
I am sorry we failed to meet the deadline we set for IPv6. My networking colleague had notified me that we're waiting on "our subnets to get whitelisted". /64 on each VM was otherwise confirmed to not be an issue at all. I've been told it will take a few more days, and I'll then quote you again.
We don't use any of those .
In London we run on UKserver's at the moment. We've also just recently signed a contract with Leaseweb in London and that location is expected to be ready with the hardware within 2 weeks.
In California we use a Hurricane Electric facility.
In Paris we've built our own datacenter, the parent company of Synatiq to be more precise. In that location we still have a few things to finish before we can fire up some machines.
In Singapore we've signed a contract with Leaseweb. We're waiting on some internal matters to be clarified and hardware supply before we can announce that one.
Lot's of exciting things to come. I realise we've been promising them for a while now but they really are coming, however slow they may be.
Tried em for a short while. Not the provider for me but their service seemed pretty solid/stable. Only gotcha is the inconsistent provisioning time. Sometimes it's a few seconds.. other times, near 24 hours.
